Happy independence day. Mahendiran V  15.08.2021 The difference of flag hoisting style between Independence day and Republic day.! On the independence day (August 15), the flag would not be hoisted. The flag would be ready on the top of the pole by folded and tighten up.  The Guest has just to untie the knot of the rope from bottom. The flag would be freed on the top and would fly in the air beautifully from the pole. Only on the Republic day (January 26), the flag would be hoisted.   The flag would fly in the air beautifully on the top of the pole by ascending from the bottom of the pole to the top after untying the knot of the rope that is tyed along with flag to the bottom of the pole and pulling down the rope.
