Separate hour is assigned for Engineering graduates, teachers and working men / women. The Methodology observed here is completely different. Training is processed here by the way of oral/verbal path such as group discussion, chatting, speaking daily activities, addressing in various topics.. any way, learner should be listening and imitating. Grammar elements are playfully inputted during speaking in order to make students learn it for life. No any material or notebook is followed during the course owing to make one speak without struck, and for enabling learners to think idea in English. Happy independence day. Mahendiran V  15.08.2021 The difference of flag hoisting style between Independence day and Republic day.! On the independence day (August 15), the flag would not be hoisted. The flag would be ready on the top of the pole by folded and tighten up.  The Guest has just to untie the knot of the rope from bottom. The flag would be freed on the top and would fly in the air beautifully from the pole. Only on the Republic day (January 26), the flag would be hoisted.   The flag would fly in the air beautifully on the top of the pole by ascending from the bottom of the pole to the top after untying the knot of the rope that is tyed along with flag to the bottom of the pole and pulling down the rope. SPOKEN ENGLISH

 Speaking English is an art.  One who knows to creatively context an idea can speak any language. The first need to speak in English is, rather to concentrate what to speak than how to speak a matter. If you let your brain think how to speak instead of what to speak, you may lose the matters what you want to express. This is the reason what you may be loosing fluency though being more or less good in Grammar! You've to be trained to express your thoughts first despite committing some errors. Later those can be tuned and fine tuned.  I'm conducting classes, one hour daily for a duration one month, at my home like a tuition programme. Only four students are admitted per batch. No notebook or material or homework is required. That kind of exercises shall interrupt your speaking skills.  Listening and imitating; hearing and expressing back - is the process what I do in my classes. Fear....to speak English? Read it.

Fear is an intensity when one commits on a thing. It's nature one gets fear while speaking in any language. Even if you speak a matter for a topic in your mother tongue on a stage, you may get it. Does it mean that you don't know to speak your mother tongue..? Hence, getting fear is not occuring because of language. That is a matter with or Infront of whom you express your thoughts. In fact, one is not fearing to speak in English when he speaks with an unknown person or a non native person. You can see nowadays many northern people whose M.T is not Tamil , speaking very jovially in Tamil. They aren't fearing to speak. Even if I tried to speak with them in Hindi, they benevolently say, "please let us speak in Tamil because we are, day to day, practicing to speak in Tamil."  I was surprised and came to know the fact. This is the right way to learn a language to speak! They wouldn't bother whether they speak with correct structures but their view is to pass
