Is the mode of Teaching English in schools right?

Any exercise studied by you from your school days were taught only to handle language for your life!
Not for marks. As you had been insisted to obtain more marks for promoting to next std, you had done memorising the contexts!

This must be a reason why you may not be good in English to speak and write !

The government patterns the syllabus according to suggestions from a narrow circle.
Unless this system is modified calling volunteers to do, we can't get a good feedback from students !
