Tense is done for situation or situation is done for tense?

You do learn Tense and Voice on your learning don't you? Have thought for what those are taught to you? Do you mean that to know the tense and voice rule for attending test questions in your examinations? Most of you might have done so, right...?

Even if you have obtained 100% in English Grammar, if you aren't able to do operate such rules in language what are you gaining?

I would say that it is not only your mistake that even if you are well to do in grammar, being unable to operate the language.

It's of course a social issue. Don't mean or think that this matter goes on only in India, but also across the world.

Why is a tense? is not drilled at any pattern except here and there some one.
