What is subject and predicate? Also what is sentence pattern?

An explanation about SUBJECT and PREDICATE section in a sentence.

There would be two sections in a sentence.

Subjective and optional.

Subjective is frequently called SUBJECT section. It
contains Subject.
Who does, or who is done. Is subject section.

Optional is frequently called predicate section.
What / How/where /when does he do an action?

There are some confusions among Grammarians, whether verb belongs to Subject section or predicate section.

Actually Verb is the main part of a sentence, But if a sentence is parted as two, verb belongs to predicate. If it is parted as three, verb gets its own section.

Nivetha writes
Nivetha - Subject
Writes- Though it's a verb, it's predicate.

Nivetha writes a letter to her friend
Nivetha - is subject.
Others are predicate.

You may have some confusion, then What is sentence pattern?
That is different.

A sentence can be parted as some compartments, such as SUBJECT, VERB, DIRECT OBJECT, INDIRECT OBJECT, ADJUNCT and COMPLEMENT. These are patterns of a sentence.

Nivetha writes - S V
Nivetha writes a letter - S V O.
Nivetha writes a letter to her friend - S V O IO
Nivetha writes a letter to her friend using her computer - S V O IO A
Nivetha is my student - S V C.

It looks difficult but no any other is as easy as it is

Hello.. Greetings to all. This is MAHENDIRAN, a trainer of English language for grown ups. Saying frankly, I would express the real fact of tendency of English language whether it is difficult or easy. Even here too I should have mentioned the word EASY in the first. Because the entire world thinks that it is a bit difficult, I too entered the word DIFFICULT in the first. When we dig on the Earth for getting water, we dig for a moment and close the pit or leaving it because the water isn't gotten suddenly. And we start the same work, digging for water in another place in the same area. Almost all who learn English are doing the same process when they want to learn English as a language.
