How should a non-native of English make his mind think ideas in English?

It's nothing surprise if a native of English thinks ideas in English, because it's their habitual like others do in their tongues.

 But English is almost deserved more than a mother tongue in many countries like India, Srilanka, Singapore and so on.

 Their problem is to think ideas in English. Why to think ideas in English..? If you do not do so, you cannot be frequent in English, that is my point of view as far my experience.

 If don't think idea in English what will happen?
Nothing will occur but, Do your communication in your tongue, None could obstruct you .

 But if there is situation to handle only in English as it happens in India's offices, you must start to practice to think in English.

 What has to be done initially to have that sense?
The only way LISTENING SPEAKING READING and WRITING.

 You might have heard the word LSRW- Yeah, the same what I say here.
How to do these exercises? Through a master...? You may be done, but the first master for this is you.

 Listen one's speech.
Speak, right or wrong. DON'T TRANSLATE FROM YOUR DIALECT.
Read various books in various topics again and again. there is no finite in this.
Write your ideas in English in your own style. here also, Do not translate from your dialect.

 Do these countlessly.

 Your mind will automatically start to think ideas in English without conveying you.
