Hear what your colleagues are speaking in Tamil. Just make them in English yourself.

Watching Tamil movies along with subtitles in English is a very good method to learn English. (Double gains in a single activity).

Reading comics stories in English shall help you to make sentences in English for your thoughts.

Make friends the guys who are speaking in English, and chat with them in English as a routine duty.

Browse for English newspapers published in English speaking countries, and read them. It's easy in today's digital world. You will surely realise how English is matching and varying with our own dialects.
