A matter about modulation issues during speaking in English

Image
Voice modulation is concerned as important in speaking English language. No matter if you have your own modulation since you have rights to apply your own style to your speech. But a language should be done at this ground for its slang. Thus, a speaker though he has whole rights for his tone and modulation, he ought to obey some rules of English language. You could escape from this play if you are a part-time user of English language, if you survive to run for your life in this urgent trend that is twisting all over the world, you can't evite it at any cost. Finally I am saying here that you have to follow some rules in dealing with modulation. If you are a person other than the English tongue but running with English, no other way but you have to imitate the native people of English to modulate your voice and tone in English.  A Chinese person is not modulating in original English despite being an English teacher during his teaching to his race. The listeners too come up in the sa

LESSON 04. PRESENT PERFECT CONTINUOUS TENSE CHANGING VOICE - ALL STATEMENTS - TENSE VERSA- Author: Mahendiran V Common reminder, Readers are advised to glance at the previous lessons for enabling themselves what is going on here. This is the fourth tense. It is used to express a matter that has been going on continually, not continuously. HAVE BEEN or HAS BEEN are used as auxiliaries to the subject based on the person along with the present participle form of the verb. Likely passive voice is not used in this tense though may be used in the American or any other private system. Anyway, we are to do the statement promotion on both voices. "I HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPUTER SINCE MY CHILDHOOD." I is the subject to the verb. HAVE BEEN USING is the verb. THIS COMPUTER is the object to the verb. SINCE MY CHILDHOOD is the adjunct to the verb. POSITIVE I have been using this computer since my childhood. This computer has been being used by me since my childhood. (NOTE: TH

CHANGING VOICE - ALL STATEMENTS - TENSE VERSA-  LESSON 03. PRESENT CONTINUOUS TENSE Author: Mahendiran V As a default I would say that the readers should glance at the previous lessons to have a clear idea. Then if they read this lesson, they would get some comfort. Let's create an affirmative in Present continuous tense and promote it into all statements on both voices. "THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT IS CONSTRUCTING MANY BRIDGES ACROSS THE COUNTRY FOR COMFORTABLE TRAVELING" I hope that you know well that  THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT is the subject, IS CONSTRUCTING is the verb, MANY BRIDGES is the object, ACROSS THE COUNTRY is the adjunct and FOR COMFORTABLE TRAVELING is another one adjunct in this sentence, right? Let's go to promote this Affirmative into all statements on both voices. POSITIVE The central government is constructing many bridges across the country for comfortable traveling. Many bridges are being constructed by the central government across the country for comf

CHANGING VOICE - ALL STATEMENTS - TENSE VERSA-  LESSON 02. PRESENT PERFECT TENSE Author: Mahendiran V Before going through a head, it's better you go to the first lesson. https://mahendiranglobalenglish.blogspot.com/2023/09/changing-voice-all-statements-tense.html  Some explanation about this topic has been given there. If you have a glance that, you could easily be running on this lesson. Ok, Let's take an example in this tense and promote it as we have seen earlier. In the first lesson, I missed to quote a big matter. It is, only transitive sentence can be done on both voices. It means, a sentence that contains an object to the verb is called a transitive sentence. Another one is called an intransitive sentence.  In this topic, and all lessons I am to write likely for transitive one for driving this exercise on both voices. Sometimes you can see some sentences in intransitive mode. What is one, passive voice shall be missed. Let's go the Affirmative in Present perfect

CHANGING VOICE - ALL STATEMENTS - TENSE VERSA- LESSON 01. SIMPLE PRESENT TENSE

Image
CHANGING VOICE - ALL STATEMENTS - TENSE VERSA. Author: Mahendiran V  LESSON 01. SIMPLE PRESENT TENSE  How far is 'changing voice' important during learning English...? If you deserve that 'drilling Grammar' is an over drill while training English to one, it may mean that you are not taking full responsibility to make one be good in English. None is in the world without knowing that learning or teaching grammar might be interrupting one who learns spoken English. Doesn't it mean that Grammar is not important to know English to speak and write?  Anyway, without the basics of grammar how could one be well in English? This question can't be thrown out in no time before taking it at least for a review. In my point of view, I would say that a basic learner must know at least what voice, tense and statement are. If we ignore it, surely it would mean that we are not taking full responsibility for our teaching and training of English. See here,  How an affirmative stat

SEMINAR AT DR. JAYALALITHAA FISHERIES UNIVERSITY NAGAPATTINAM

Image
How could I forget those days..? It happened on the September 6,7 and 8, 2021 in DR. JAYALALITHAA FISHERIES UNIVERSITY NAGAPATTINAM  Actually, I was invited by the University of Fisheries for sitting as a participant. The programme that was going on earlier was being conducted by the chief officer, who had come from Chennai, in English. Most of the audience sitting there pleaded to the Programme incharge for another one programme that to be presented in Tamil along with power point. The Deen who were the prime incharge of the University approached my friend who was working in the same University to arrange a person timingly to do a programme in Tamil with ppt as much as possible. Later my friend requested me whether I could do a seminar in the following day about Prawn and Fish culture. The subject was focusing to motivate the entrepreneurs of prawn and fish agriculture system. Although the subject was totally irrelevant to me, I agreed for conducting the same in the following day.  I
