செயற்கரிய யாவுள நட்பின் அதுபோல்
வினைக்கரிய யாவுள காப்பு
- தெய்வப்புலவர்

விளக்கம்:
நட்பை போல அரிதானது எதுவுமில்லை. இனிய நட்பு  அரிதான செயல்களுக்கு பெரிய காவலாக அமையும்.

None can be compared to the state of friendship. And the deep friendship would protect one in all respects.

நிறைநீர நீரவர் கேண்மை பிறைமதிப்

விளக்கம்:
நல்லோரிடம்/ அறிவுடையோரிடம் உள்ள நட்பு வளர்பிறை காலம் போன்று வளர்ந்து கொண்டிருக்கும் அல்லது வளர்த்துக்கொள்ளல் வேண்டும். தீயோரிடம் கொள்ளும் நட்பு, தேய்பிறை காலம் போன்று தேய்ந்து போகுதல் நலம்.

The friendship with wisdom people would grow up like waxing crescent or has to raise up. And if the friendship with fools wans like the waning crescent, that's good.

சிரித்து பேசி மகிழ்வதல்ல நட்பு. நட்புக்குரியவன் நெறிமுறை மாறினால் திருத்த முற்படுவதே சிறந்த நட்பு.

ஒத்த மனதும் ஒருமித்த கருத்தும் ஒரே யோசனையும் இருப்பதே ஆழ்ந்த நட்பு. ஆழ்ந்து பழகி அடிக்கடி சந்திப்பதனால் வருவதல்ல நட்பு.

Meeting often and speaking frequently is not meaning a good Friendship. But having similar frequencies and parellel thoughts  would make more depth in friendship.

விளக்கம்:
முகம் மலர்ந்து பேசுவது பழகுவது அல்ல நட்பு. அகம் குளிர மகிழ்ச்சியில் மலர்ந்து திளைக்க வைப்பதே நட்பு.

Just smiling by face and speaking sweetly is not a deep friendship. Showing love enthuciasticlly is the real-icon of the good friendship.

அல்லல் உழப்பதாம் நட்பு

நண்பன், பழி வழியில் சென்றால் இழுத்து நல்வழி படுத்துவதும், விதி வழியில் தீமை கண்டால் அதில் பங்குகொள்வதே சிறந்த நட்பு.

The best friendship is that pulling back a friend to the right way if he fouls morality, and taking part with him if he falls in miseries due to fate.

உடை களைந்தால், உடனே கை சென்று சரி செய்வது போல், நண்பனுக்கு துன்பம் வந்து விட்டால் ஓடிச்சென்று உதவுவதே நட்பு.

As if the hand goes immediately to set right if the dress slips unfortunately, one should take rapid action to help to a friend if he is adversed.

ஒரு பொழுதும் பிரியாது வேறுபாடும் காட்டாது ஒருவருக்கொருவர் உவகையில் உயர்ந்து நிற்பதே உண்மையான நட்பு.
