நிறைந்த நிலங்கள் மூலம் விளைபொருளும், மதி நிறைந்த மக்களும், குறையாத செல்வமும் நிறைந்திட்ட பொது நிலமே நாடு ஆகும்.

பிரயத்தனம் மற்றும் கடும் முயற்ச்சியால் வளர்ந்த நாடு, நாடு தான் என்றாலும், இயற்கை வளங்கள் மிகுதியாய் நிறைந்திருந்து அது காக்கப்பட்டு வளரும்  நாடே சிறந்த (அதிஷ்ட்டகரமான) நாடாகும்.
