வினைத்திட்பம் என்ப தொருவன் மனத்திட்பம்

விளக்கம்:
மன உறுதி ஒன்றே மனிதனுக்கு பலம். மற்றவையெல்லாம் அதற்கு பிறகுதான்.

விளக்கம்:
செயல்வடிவம் செய்து அது முற்றுபெறும் போதே வெளி கொணர வேண்டும். அப்பொழுதான் அதற்கு மதிப்பு. இடையில் வெளி கொணருதல் நன்மை பயக்காது.

A project being done by one should be revealed after the full completion of such work. Only then it would be foud to be valid. If such work is revealed on half of the way there wouldn't be any gain of the work.

ஒரு சாமன்யன் தன் மனோதிடத்தால் செயல் புரிந்து வெற்றிபெற்றால், மன்னன் அதை அறிய பெற்றால், பெரிதும் அவன் பாராட்டப்படுவான்.

திண்ணியர் ஆகப் பெறின்

செய்து முடிக்க எண்ணும் செயலில் தீவிர முயற்சி இருந்து 'செய்து முடித்து விடுவேன்' என்று மன உறுதியுடன் செயல்பட்டால் அப்பணியில் அவர் நிச்சயம் வெற்றி பெறுவார்.

பெரிய தேரை இழுக்கும் அச்சானி மிகச்சிறியதுதான். எனவே சாதனை செய்வதற்கு பெரியவர் சிறியவர் என பாகுபாடு காண்பது அறிவன்று.

பணி முடிவில் இன்பம் கிட்ட வேண்டுமாயின், துன்பங்கள் சிலவற்றை சந்திக்க நேர்வது இயல்பு, ஒருவர் கிடைக்கப்போகும் இன்பத்தை மனதிற்கொண்டு துணிவுடன் செயலாற்ற வேண்டும்.

If one wants to get pleasance at his work on its completion, it's nature to meet some hurdles during doing such work. He must be doing bravely his work only by thinking the upcoming pleasance.

வேறு எந்த வகையில் உறுதி, பெற்றவராயிருந்தாலும், செய்யும் தொழிலில் அதுச் சார்ந்த செயலில் மனவலிமை இல்லாதோரை இவ்வுலகம் போற்றாது.
