Let's create an affirmative in Present continuous tense and promote it into all statements on both voices.

"THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT IS CONSTRUCTING MANY BRIDGES ACROSS THE COUNTRY FOR COMFORTABLE TRAVELING"

I hope that you know well that 

THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT is the subject, IS CONSTRUCTING is the verb, MANY BRIDGES is the object, ACROSS THE COUNTRY is the adjunct and FOR COMFORTABLE TRAVELING is another one adjunct in this sentence, right? Let's go to promote this Affirmative into all statements on both voices.

POSITIVE

The central government is constructing many bridges across the country for comfortable traveling.

Ok, Let's take an example in this tense and promote it as we have seen earlier.

In the first lesson, I missed to quote a big matter. It is, only transitive sentence can be done on both voices. It means, a sentence that contains an object to the verb is called a transitive sentence. Another one is called an intransitive sentence. 

In this topic, and all lessons I am to write likely for transitive one for driving this exercise on both voices. Sometimes you can see some sentences in intransitive mode. What is one, passive voice shall be missed.

Let's go the Affirmative in Present perfect tense.

Mr. SHARATH HAS BOUGHT A NEW CAR FOR RUPEES TEN LAKH.

Of course, this is a transitve sentence. There is an object to the verb. That is, A NEW CAR. So this can be done on both voices.
(I hope that you know very well that Mr. SHARATH is a subject, HAS BOUGHT is a verb, A NEW CAR is an object and FOR RUPEES TEN LAKH is an adjunct in this transitive sentence.)

ALL STATEMENTS ON BOTH ACTIVE AND PASSIVE VOICE.

POSITIVE
Mr. Sharath has bought a new car for Rupees ten lakh.
A new car has been bought by Mr. Sharath for Rupees ten lakh.

NEGATIVE
Mr. Sharath hasn't bought a new car for Rupees ten lakh.
A new car hasn't been bought by Mr. Sharath for Rupees ten lakh.

Who has bought a new car for Rupees ten lakh?
By whom has a new car been bought for Rupees ten lakh?
